WHO CAN APPLY?
The ECO4 scheme is open to homes in England, Wales, and Scotland that meet the following conditions:
- You are a homeowner or a private tenant (with landlord permission).
- Your home has an EPC rating of D, E, F, G or no EPC – we will check this for you at no cost when you apply.
- You or someone living in your property receives a qualifying government benefit OR has an eligible medical condition or mobility issue affected by poor heating OR your total household income is under £31,000 pa.
